work
process

Production
workflow
We welcome and follow every client up until the quality control before packing of the individual pieces. The core galvanization process spans three specific phases.

Check and
preparation
Every piece is checked; if it is unfit, we will prepare it before continuing with the procedure. Once all pieces are ready, we move on to the next phase.

Galvanizing
treatment
A piece is first degreased then, in the case of aluminium, treated to improve its adherence, and finally dipped into a bath and coated with its finish material through electrogalvanization.

Finishing and
protection
According to the specific requirements, a piece will be buffed or brushed in order to obtain the requested finish, and consecutively varnished for protection.
A range of
possibilities
A galvanic finish is applied onto the metal (no plastic, wood or any other non-metallic material).
Here you can find a schematic representation of the wide range of factors, possibilities and choices that Blu Metal can combine for you and your products.
